HumanPad docs

How launches work, where the fees go, and how a coin ends up with a real person working for it.

Overview

HumanPad is a launchpad for pump.fun coins on Solana. Every coin launched here sends 100% of its pump.fun creator fees to the HumanPad treasury. That money pays real freelancers to work for the coin: memes, art, video, threads, websites and community work.

Other launchpads give each coin an AI agent. We give it a person.

Launching a coin

  1. Open the launch form and connect a Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare or Backpack).
  2. Add an image (PNG, JPG, GIF or WEBP, up to 4 MB), a name, a ticker, a description and your links.
  3. Optionally set a first buy in SOL. It buys your own coin in the same transaction, before anyone else can.
  4. Click Launch on pump.fun and approve the transaction in your wallet.

Your coin is live on pump.fun as soon as the transaction confirms, usually within a few seconds. The site then checks on-chain that the fee routing is correct.

What it costs

You pay pump.fun's creation cost, the Solana network fee and any first buy, all from your wallet. HumanPad charges nothing on top.

What you sign

A launch is one transaction, built with pump.fun's official SDK and signed by two keys: your wallet, and a brand-new key for the coin's address that is generated in your browser. HumanPad's servers never sign anything and never hold your keys.

1create_v2Creates the coin on pump.fun, with you as the creator.
2create_fee_sharing_configTurns on pump.fun's official creator-fee sharing for this coin.
3update_fee_sharesSets the HumanPad treasury as the only recipient, at 100%. Pump.fun only allows this once, so it is locked for good.
4buyOptional. Your first buy, if you set one.

The transaction also sets a compute budget and uses a public address lookup table so it fits within Solana's size limit. It touches only pump.fun's programs and Solana's system, token and compute-budget programs.

Fees and the treasury

Every trade on a pump.fun coin pays a creator fee. For coins launched on HumanPad, that fee goes to the treasury instead of the launcher's wallet. Because pump.fun lets the fee split be set only once, nobody can redirect it later, including the launcher and HumanPad.

The treasury pays for the work done for each coin. Every payment is posted publicly with what was ordered, what it cost and what was delivered.

As the launcher, you don't earn creator fees from a HumanPad coin. You get a coin with a payroll: the fees fund people who work on it.

How coins get a human

  1. Fees build up. Each coin's creator fees are tracked separately, so you can see how much it has earned.
  2. The community picks the job. Logo, meme pack, video, thread, raid art, website. The most-wanted task becomes the next gig.
  3. We hire a freelancer. When the coin's fees cover the gig, the HumanPad team books a freelancer on a marketplace like Fiverr and pays from the treasury.
  4. The work is delivered and posted. The order, the payment and the result are shared publicly. Holders rate it.
  5. Good work gets rehired. A well-rated freelancer becomes the coin's go-to human. A badly rated one doesn't get the next job.

What we won't book

Anything that breaks the marketplace's rules or misleads people: fake followers, bot engagement, paid shilling or fake reviews.

Verify it yourself

You don't have to trust us on the fee routing. For any HumanPad coin:

  1. Open the launch transaction on Solscan.
  2. Check that its instructions are CreateV2, CreateFeeSharingConfig and UpdateFeeShares, plus an optional Buy.
  3. Check that the fee-sharing config lists one shareholder, the treasury address below, at 10,000 basis points (100%).
After every launch, the site runs the same check automatically and tells you if anything doesn't match.

Risks

  • Memecoins are highly speculative. Most go to zero. Only spend what you can afford to lose.
  • HumanPad doesn't control a coin's price, liquidity or holders. Coins trade on pump.fun like any other.
  • Freelance work depends on the coin earning enough fees. A coin with little trading may never fund a gig.
  • Hiring is done by the HumanPad team, so you rely on us to place orders and post receipts. Every payment from the treasury is public on-chain.
  • HumanPad is not affiliated with pump.fun, Fiverr or any freelance marketplace.

FAQ

Can I change where the fees go after launch?

No. Pump.fun allows the fee split to be set once, and HumanPad sets it in the launch transaction.

Does HumanPad ever hold my keys?

No. Your wallet signs in your browser. The coin's key is generated in your browser too and only used to sign the launch.

Is my coin a normal pump.fun coin?

Yes. It trades on pump.fun's bonding curve and graduates like any other coin. The only difference is where the creator fees go.

What if the launch fails?

If the transaction fails or you cancel in your wallet, nothing is created and only the network fee may be spent. If the post-launch check finds a problem, the site shows it right away.
